Erica – Front Office Coordinator
Erica is from Bellflower, CA and has been in Las Vegas since 2005. She has been in the Dental Field since graduating from Cerritos College in 1997 as a Dental Assistant. She began working with Dr. Hardy when he opened his office here in Las Vegas in 2006. She loves working in dentistry because of the opportunity to help other people. She brings her experience as a dental assistant to the front office giving her the ability to work with patients and insurance companies. Erica’s spare time is filled with her three children and husband. She also enjoys housekeeping. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Amber – Front Office/Dental Assistant
Amber was born in Des Moines, Iowa and lived there the majority of her life. She traveled to the fabulous town of Las Vegas with her family in 1997. Amber finished up her high school education at Shadow Ridge High School. Shortly after, she attended High Tech Institute where she got her diploma as a Dental Assistant. While there, she achieved the Academic Excellence and Perfect Attendance Award. Amber has been with Dr. Hardy since 2010. She surrounds herself with the big hearts and happy faces of her family, son, and friends. What she enjoys most about being a Dental Assistant is helping people smile because she believes a smile can brighten the darkest day!
Nancy – Dental Assistant
Nancy was born in San Diego, CA but has lived in Las Vegas since she was 3 years old. Having watched the city grow so much, she considers herself a native. Nancy graduated from Rancho High School and then attended CCSN. She is married and has 3 boys. She enjoys traveling, camping, and getting to see places she does not know about. She also likes to serve in her church and the community. Nancy enjoys working in the dental field because, as an assistant, she can contribute and help the patients have a good experience and feel comfortable. She met Dr. Hardy in 2005 and worked with him for a short time at another office as he filled in temporarily. “I now have the privilege to work for him at Paradise Family Dental. I enjoy working for him because he is very dedicated and caring with his patients and staff. It is a pleasure to be part of the Paradise Team!” Nancy is also bilingual in English and Spanish.
Jill – Dental Hygienist
Jill was born and raised in Nephi, Utah where she enjoyed many family adventures going camping and visiting all of the National Parks, which began her love of traveling. After graduating from Juab High School she attended Weber State University where she graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 1986.
She then moved to St. George, Utah and practiced Dental Hygiene there for 6 years. Jill & her husband moved to Las Vegas in 1993 where she practiced Dental Hygiene part time for another 2 years before taking an extended leave to raise her family. In 2012 Jill returned to Dental Hygiene part time and has worked for several General Dentists and a Pediatric office before beginning work with Dr. Hardy in 2018. Jill has a great desire to help her patients form and maintain positive dental habits for a healthy life.
