When you arrive for your first visit with North Las Vegas dentist Dr. Steven Hardy, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office. Filling out the forms on-line will greatly speed up the process.

Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. Dr. Hardy and his assistants will completely record all previously completed dental treatment, with the help of a full set of digital X-rays and photographs, to document the condition of your oral health. He will then perform an Oral Cancer Screening examination and diagnose any needed dental treatment including elective or cosmetic desires. An opportunity to discuss all of your wants and needs along with his findings and suggestions will take place. This discussion will also include your Periodontal condition (health of your gums) and what type of cleaning is needed. All proposed treatment options will be made available in writing with the associated fees and estimated insurance benefits if applicable.
