About Dr. Hardy

Dr. Steven L. Hardy completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in 1994 and earned his D.D.S. at Northwestern University Dental School, in Chicago, four years later. After graduating from Northwestern, he worked in Paradise, California, with his father, Herbert M. Hardy, D.D.S., at his dental office until he retired in 1999. Dr. Hardy bought the practice and worked as a solo dentist until relocating to Las Vegas, where he’s had family in the area for over 60 years. Dr. Hardy is married and has two daughters and two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, playing indoor and sand volleyball in city leagues, spending time with his family, traveling, reading and participating with his church.

Dr. Hardy has memberships in the American Dental Association, Nevada Dental Association and the Southern Nevada Dental Society.

Lily Gutierrez - Front Office and Back Office Assistant

Lily was born and raised in Hawthorne, CA. She relocated to Las Vegas with her family and attended Votech High School with emphasis in the Health Occupations CNA program. She has been working in the dental field since 2007 with experience as a chairside assistant and in the front office. Lily is continuing her education at the College of Southern Nevada majoring in Dental Hygiene. The majority of her time is spent with work and school, though she loves being with her family and friends.

Erica Tovar—Front Office Coordinator

Erica is from Bellflower, CA and has been in Las Vegas since 2005.  She has been in the Dental Field since graduating from Cerritos College in 1997 as a Dental Assistant.  She loves working in dentistry because of the opportunity to help other people.  She brings her experience as a dental assistant to the front office giving her the ability to work with patients and insurance companies.  Erica’s spare time is filled with her three children and husband.  She also enjoys housekeeping.

Gretchen Aguirre—RDH-Hygienist

As a Hygienist for Dr. Hardy, Gretchen takes pride in helping individuals achieve and maintain optimal oral health.  She educates each patient by teaching preventative measures and treats oral disease.  She enjoys promoting dental health in the office.  She received her RDH Degree in 2006 from the Community College of Southern Nevada and has worked in the dental field since 1999.  She is also committed to continuing education so that she remains current with the latest dental hygiene research.  She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and Southern Nevada Dental Hygiene Association.  Her interests include home decorating, exercising, traveling and spending time with her son, husband and family.

Tiffany Lofgren—Dental Assistant

Tiffany is originally from Seattle, Washington and has traveled throughout the United States with her family.  She was trained as a dental assistant in Anchorage, Alaska and has been in the dental field since 1999.  She also received additional training in Pediatric Dental Care, and has spent half of her dental experience in that area.  In her spare time she is very involved with her church and family.  She and her husband have three boys who are very active and like to keep busy with camping, hiking, volleyball, fishing and shooting.
